Schedule a date and time for your estimate

Meet with your estimator

You can accept or reject our estimate

Reject Estimate: We know life happens, budgets exist, and sometimes we are just not the right fit. We appreciate your time in meeting with us, wish you the best, and look forward to earning your business in the future.

Step 6B

Accept Estimate: Estimator helps you select paint colors and collects a 50% deposit.

Step 7

Estimator provides job to production manager

Step 8

Production manager orders paint and supplies

Step 9

Production manager contacts you to schedule powerwash (if necessary)/ painting

Step 10

Production manager schedules a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks great and brings a final invoice

Step 11

Once everything looks great, production manager collects final payment

Step 12

Final Payment: Office manager receives final payment from production manager, processes the final payment, and sends out a paid in full invoice to you
