Goals

We have created the same buzz throughout the state of Colorado that we have in Northern Colorado region. We create entrepreneurs, and develop all team members. We strive for work life balance having the entire team able to take 4 weeks of vacation per year. We are a financially self-supporting company using our retained earnings, and our reinvestments into the company to grow. We do not need the banks, except to deposit our money, and we have no debt, nor have we given up any equity of our company. We own 540 W. 66th St. as our headquarters.

Culture

We have fun, reward excellence, and promote from within. We help our team to achieve their personal and professional dreams. We don’t shoot our wounded. We make profit and share in it, and leverage and use technology for efficiency. People hear about what a great place this is to work for and come to us. We are more than just a workplace, we are a family.

We create fans that rave and buzz about us and our service. Our customers’ experiences make or breaks us, and we are completely dedicated to completely satisfied customers. We have a 98% customer service rating company wide. We serve our customers with excellence, and go out of our way to show our appreciation for them. No doubt they’ll use us again, and refer us to family, friends, and neighbors.

Office

Our headquarters is an open and welcoming environment; it WOWS our customers and team. We are always striving for ways to make it more effective, efficient, and welcoming. Its neat and organized areas allow for business to flow properly and smoothly.

Communication

Our communication is superior in all aspects from inter-office, to inter-company, and with our customers. We have an open forum where no one is scared to share ideas, concerns, comments, etc. We are known for open and excellent communication. As we grow, our communication must get better, and it does.

Community

We are successful and share with the community, giving back and taking care of others in need. We work with organizations like Make A Wish, Realities for Children, and Hope Lives, and we offer an annual Free Paint Makeover where we paint homes for free for families in need. We also make a large effort during the holidays to help families in need with our Christmas Giveaway. We also sponsor other local charities and organizations that make our community a better place. We have created the M & E Foundation to help those in need in the community.

M & E Painting, along with its founder, Matt Shoup, has been recognized by the community for their amazing growth, culture, and business practices. They have received numerous awards like the 40 under 40, Young Professional of The Year, Colorado Companies to Watch, Mercury Fastest Growing, Best Companies to Work For, INC 5000, Best Of (Loveland, Fort Collins, etc), and Business of The Year awards.

This makes us as efficient as possible, which helps our bottom line, and provides our customers with unbeatable service and value. We are always looking for new ways to advance our website, and customers regularly tell us how professional and ahead of the competition we are in regards to technology. We leverage social media to promote, hire, and grow our company.
