Requirements for all positions:
- A reliable motor vehicle for transportation
- Current vehicle insurance and driver’s license
- Able to communicate in English
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to work 40 hours per week, and some Saturdays
Painters and Crew Foremen:
We are always looking for great painters to join our team. We prefer painters with experience in the trade. We start all team members out on a painting crew with a lead foreman, and advancement opportunities will soon arise to those who demonstrate superior painting, service, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Have your own brushes and painting hand tools (sprayers and ladders excluded)
- No fear of heights

Estimator:
As our company grows, we are looking for team members to estimate our painting projects. This is a commission paid sales position with unlimited earning potential. Full training is provided. The majority of estimator’s estimates are provided through call in requests for estimates. There is also an out bound call requirement to contact current, and past clients to estimate additional work. Many estimators are former painters and crew foremen.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Organized and punctual
Must like being on the telephone
Able to travel through the Northern Colorado area
Sales skills help but are not required
Must have the desire to make deals happen!!

Vice President:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for extremely motivated individuals who would enjoy helping us grow our company and expand to new territories. This position is running your own business, by running a division of our company. VPs are paid by the profitability of the division. This position allows a VP to grow their division in another territory of Colorado and beyond state lines. It involves estimating projects and managing them from start to finish, as well as all the daily tasks of running a business. Current territories in which we are planning to expand to in 2010 include: Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, Castle Rock.

- Desire to run a business
- Extreme levels of self drive and motivation
- Superior communication skills
- Relocate to the territory where the division exists
